The following are places you can serve outside the walls of the church.

Pathway  - PathWay has been established as a community mission outreach program serving at-risk children and their families in Kershaw County. PathWay was founded on and established to be instrumental in providing the PathWay to success through the application of Biblical character, additional educational opportunities, and skills needed to overcome social and economic adversities.
PathWay serves children Pre-K through 8th grade on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30, helping them to complete all of their homework and project assignments correctly and timely. PathWay also has an instructor fluent in Spanish helping with Hispanic children and their families. PathWay additionally serves the children during the summer months with fun filled educational opportunities.

Sacks of Love - We need individuals willing to help us pack bags that are sent to around 30 kids every weekend during the school year at Jackson Elementary. We also need individuals that may be willing to deliver the bags to Jackson every Friday. These bags provide food for kids that may otherwise would not get anything over the weekend.

Food for the Soul - FFS is an organization in town that feeds the homeless and hungry on Tuesday-Friday. We have volunteers from our church who help serve when assigned by FFS.

Missions - We provide opportunities to go across seas to serve in missions, specifically to the Dominican Republic with our missionary family from BWC the Burges, and also to Honduras. We have teams as well that serve locally as needs arise.

Prison Ministry - We periodically take teams of individuals to do drama, worship, sharing and/or praying with those in prison.

Habitat for Humanity - Anyone willing to help home preparations for those with low incomes in need of housing. We serve as called upon by our local chapter.

Bethel Cares Homework Helpers - Our after-school program would love assistance in helping our kids with their daily homework in the afternoons. This is a great opportunity to pour into the life of a child.

Special Events Team - We host special events periodically on our campus throughout the year. Events such as Fall Festival, Family Connection, Kid's Christmas Drama, Wiseman's Gifthouse, Women's VBS, etc. We would need people in the following areas:

• Setup Teams - Those willing to help decorate and set up for the event.
• Break Down Teams - Those willing to help clean up and put away after the event.
• Event Team - Those willing to work as needed during the event.
• Photography - Those willing to take digital pictures that can be uploaded to the website or kept for future promotion purposes.
• Video - Those willing to take digital video that can be uploaded to the website or kept for future promotional purposes.
