If we want to have a culture that leaks generosity then we have to establish a culture of gratitude. Be thankful for those you lead, those who serve and work with you. The more you cultivate gratitude the more you generate a culture of generosity.

  • What would change in your work place, your area of ministry, if you began expressing gratitude to those who work or serve with you?

  • As a leader, what one habit can you create that would help you express your gratitude?

  • Who can you thank today whose service has contributed to success?
