We can disagree on how church is suppose to look, and how church is suppose to operate, but we can’t disagree on the importance of the church. We cannot disagree on whether or not we should love the church.
Methods change, the mission remains.
The church is full of broken, messy people that are coming together imperfectly, serving a perfect Savior whose name is above every name and his name is Jesus Christ.
Ideas are good, but ideas without action are just dreams.
The principle behind David's passion for God's house should be the same in our present time.
The church is the only thing that you take part in building that will show up in heaven. It's the only thing that will outlast you and live for eternity.
We're building a house where the name of Jesus Christ would be known and would be magnified.
The church should be a place where broken and hurting people can come in to find hope, to find deliverance, to find peace, to find community.
The church shouldn't do anything without seeking God in prayer.
We want to be a church that worships with wonder. We don’t want to stop being in awe of who God is and what God wants to do in our lives.
When we prioritize the church together it allows us to motivate one another to love.
We make time for the things we prioritize in our life. If it’s a priority to you, you will make time for it.
Commitment is something that you do once the feeling to do it has left.
Because of the early church's devotion the impact they made around them was substantial. Imagine the impact the church can make when the devotion is there.
