In the Waiting

December 3, 2017 - Week 1

December is the time of year where everyone, regardless of faith, comes across the reminder that a baby was born who would become the savior of the world. His name is Jesus. Jesus made a promise that one day He would return. It's what we do between the time He came as a baby and the time he will return as ruler of all that we must focus on - in the waiting.

While we wait for Jesus to come again to the world, our concern is not on when that will happen, but to simply be ready and point others to life change through Him.

Jesus is the answer to the darkness we feel in the world. He is the light that shines giving way out of the darkness, and we are to reflect that light as believers in Him.
