Scriptures used: John 15:15; Ruth 1:12-17, 2:5, 10-12, 3:18, 4:13-17; Ephesians 4:31; Hebrews 12:15; Psalms 30:5
We need friends in our life to help us in our journey to follow Jesus and fulfill His calling.
It's an incredible thought to know that you have a friend in Christ and you can have a friend in each other.
Bitterness is destructive. It is a poison not only to our own soul, but to those around us.
Someone's life could change when you make the choice to be a friend who doesn't leave their side when things get tough.
Your morning of joy is right around the corner.
Reflect or meet with someone to discuss:
What does the value of friendship mean to you?
What does it mean to you to know that Jesus calls you a friend?
What friendship have you given up on that you need to maybe look to strengthen?
In what way can you get better at pressing on in your faith with others? What commitments do you need to make with someone today?
