If prayer is not a daily discipline in our life, we are cutting ourselves off from the wisdom and power of God to strengthen us, direct us, guide us and change us.
God strengthens your spirit through prayer to help you avoid temptation.
Sometimes we have to do some introspection and ask ourselves, how disciplined am I in my prayer life?
JD Greear - "Effective prayer begins when you perceive the gap between where a situation is and where God wants it to be."
When we do what God has called us to do, it will be noticed. Let God bring it to light in His time and then He will be glorified.
Our decision making and our life choices should be based on what pleases God. When we do then we can go forward fearlessly with boldness in Him.
Your break through is in the relationship not the resolution you are seeking.
Reflect or meet with someone to discuss:
How disciplined would you say you are in your prayer life? How valuable is prayer to you? How much do you prioritize it?
How well do you know God's word? Are you able to remind God of His promises?
How bold are your prayers? What are your prayers leading you to do?
What have you stopped praying over that you need to begin again?
