  • Faith, hope and love are the trinity of characteristics that should represent our life as followers of Christ.

  • The struggles we face are opportunities to activate the faith in what we hope for.

  • Leaps of faith happen when we are faithful to take steps of faith and to walk by faith.

  • In your obedience to follow Christ there may be no fan fare, but your obedience is taking you places that you could never imagine.

  • Your destiny is discovered in your faithfulness.

Reflect or meet with someone to discuss:

  • How much importance do you put on the small steps of faith and obedience in your life? Where do you need to put more?

  • When have you taken leaps of faith to trust Christ? Is there one that God is waiting on you to take now?

  • When you look back over your life, how have you seen God's hand at work in your steps of faith and obedience?

Have you ever stopped to think about faith? And what is faith anyway? Does faith actually make a difference to our lives? The Bible has a lot to say about faith. Through exploring the story of Jairus and the sick woman in Mark 5:21-43, we will discover how Jesus responded to their faith, how powerful and loving He is, and investigate how faith in Jesus can impact our lives today.
