Scriptures used: Ephesians 6:10; Romans 1:16; Acts 1:4-8; John 16:4-8, 13; Galatians 5:25; Matthew 24:24; 2 Timothy 4:3-4; 2 Peter 2:1-3; Act 4:8-13; 1 Corinthians 14: 15; 12:29-30; 13:1-3,13; Luke 11:13

  • The message we read from Peter in Act 2, that he spoke to a crowd of people is the same message we should still speak today. The gospel changes lives.

  • Are we living out our faith in our own might and strength or are we living in the power of the Holy Spirit?

  • Life with the Holy Spirit is a limitless life. It's an adventure.

  • We shouldn't be trying to lead the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spiit should be leading us.

  • The Holy Spirit will always point people to the saving grace and love of Jesus.

Reflect or meet with someone to discuss:

  • How have I limited God and his Holy Spirit?

  • How have I misused the purpose of the Holy Spirit?

  • What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit?
